Accelerated Training for a Lasting Career
Earn your CNA Certificate of Completion in as little as four weeks through Puget Sound Nursing’s hybrid Certified Nursing Assistant program. Designed for flexibility and quality, our program combines interactive online instruction with in-person skills training in Federal Way.
NA students will receive a Certificate of Completion and are prepared to take the Washington State CNA Certification Exam (please note skills testing is determined by NA program and written testing is $55 through Credentia online). Hybrid CPR Certification with Hands-On Practice
Our HeartCode American Heart Association (AHA) BLS course provides essential CPR training through a convenient hybrid format — blending online self-paced modules with in-person skills practice.
Program Details
Earn your Phlebotomy Certificate of Completion in as little as 5 weeks through Puget Sound Nursing’s Phlebotomy Program. 50 hours of in-class hands-on lab training on venipuncture and capillary techniques including a minimum of 30 successful venipuncture sticks and 10 successful capillary sticks. This training program will prepare you to apply for a Medical Assistant-Phlebotomy credential and take the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) exam widely recognized and accepted by WA state employers (NHA certification is not legally required for licensure
Outcome:
Phlebotomy students will receive a Certificate of Completion and are able to apply for a phlebotomy certification from a national examination organization listed in Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist (MA-P) Certification Application Packet.(please note DOH requires passing a background check and submitting a $145 fee).
In-Person classes with labs: Hands-on skills training in class M-F evenings 6-8 PM— approx 50 hours of didactic instruction.
